Cannes – Warner Bros. International Television Distribution has concluded an agreement with Reed MIDEM, in which it is set to be the exclusive sponsor of the MIPFormats Fresh Talent Pitch in 2012. Under the terms of the partnership, the network will spend up to USD$25,000 to develop the winning project as a television project, via one of its production companies. The Fresh Talent Pitch is a competition for companies with innovative concepts for new, non-scripted entertainment formats. The third annual MIPFormats will run in Cannes on 30-31 March 2012, ahead of MIPTV.
