New York – A+E Networks recently finalized programme license agreements with broadcasters in the Asia Pacific region for more than 700 hours of programming. Notable deals include Seriously Funny Kids, a half-hour unscripted series featuring Heidi Klum interacting with children and the hilarious things they say. The show has scored more distribution agreements in the region than any of its other programmes. It has been picked up in South Korea, Thailand, Philippines, Japan and New Zealand. Sean Cohan, Senior Vice President, International for A+E Networks, said demand in Asia-Pacific for the company’s content is growing exponentially and the network hopes to capitalize on this momentum at the Asia Television Forum, taking place from 7 – 9 December.
