MIPJunior has announced the MIPJunior International Pitch – a competition for TV or digital producers who want to meet the right partners to take their kids content to market. Participants who submit their projects can gain worldwide visibility from a targeted audience of professionals as well as an opportunity to meet potential broadcasters, digital and licensing partners.
Six finalists will present their projects in a LIVE pitch session during MIPJunior on 6 October, and will be invited to take part in a “Meet the Jury” session for feedback following the LIVE pitch. The Jury will pick the winning project, which will receive editorial coverage on the MIPJunior website and MIPCOM Daily News, and a one-on-one meeting with a buyer during the main networking event on 7 October, among other prizes.
MIPJunior, an international showcase for children’s and youth programme screenings, is where key international buyers, sellers, and producers of kids programmes gather to present, screen, license and acquire new content. It will take place from 6-7 October 2012, in Cannes, France.
