Parabola Orange TV, Indonesia’s latest DTH service, has included Deutsche Welle (DW) in its channel lineup. DW will be offered in Orange TV’s “Smart Package”, alongside other top global news, educational and lifestyle networks.

DW’s new English TV channel includes new programming such as: Shift, a weekly magazine showcasing the latest Internet news that’s entertaining, informative and opinionated; Europe in Concert, which presents Europe’s best rock and pop musicians up close, from masters such as Mark Knopfler of Britain’s Dire Straits to young artists like Amy Macdonald.

The channel also features established favorites like Euromaxx, DW’s look at European lifestyle, and In Focus, which provides in-depth stories from business, science, culture, nature, current events, lifestyle and sports.
