Singapore – Screen RED, HBO Asia’s 24-hour movie channel that is home to Asian movie entertainment, launched to huge fanfare at a recent media conference in Thailand.
RED is a channel by HBO Asia in association with Mei Ah and features premieres of some of Asia’s most highly anticipated movies, from adrenaline-fuelled action to zany romantic comedies.
The Grandmaster premieres for the first time on television in Thailand on RED this December.

Senior representatives from HBO Asia, TrueVisions and Mei Ah Group along with Taiwanese actor and star of The Grandmaster, Chang Chen, and Thai celebrities were present at the event on 2 October at Mandopop, Oriental Residences, Bangkok.

With the launch of RED in high-definition, TrueVisions is HBO Asia’s first affiliate to offer all of HBO Asia’s high-definition channels i.e. HBO HD, HBO SIGNATURE HD, HBO FAMILY HD, HBO HITS HD, CINEMAX HD and RED HD.
