Singapore– M1 Limited (M1) announced an integrated Smart Activity Monitoring Service to support independent seniors living alone.
M1 has partnered with activity monitoring solution providers to launch an integrated activity monitoring service, offering caregivers a one-stop solution including equipment installation, connectivity, customer support, and pricing the service affordably through a subscription model.
Authorised recipients will be able to access activity information through a desktop or mobile Internet browser. The caregiver can also set customisable alerts. Data analytics tools built into the M1 Smart Activity Monitoring Service will also help caregivers identify trends and patterns in the data collected, so they can make better sense of this information.
The M1 Smart Activity Monitoring Service is priced at S$14.66 per month, inclusive of one motion sensor, installation fees, and access to the portal where the caregiver can access both real time and historical activity information. Additional motion sensors are available at S$103.80 per sensor. A one-time sign-up and installation fee of S$214 applies. The M1 Smart Activity Monitoring Service is open to M1 fibre customers.
