Hong Kong – Cable & Satellite Broadcasting Association of Asia (CASBAA) has welcomed four new Corporate Members and a Patron which upgraded from Corporate membership. The four new Corporate Members are Microsoft Corporation; European broadcaster Deutsche Welle; global private equity firm Providence Equity Partners; and US-based religious TV network TBN. The newly upgraded Patron Member is Netherlands-based satellite communication services provider SES New Skies. CASBAA now represents 128 member companies from 15 Asia Pacific markets, covering sectors including cable, satellite, broadband and mobile TV content suppliers and platforms, as well as digital services and equipment vendors.
