Singapore – InnoForm Media, an independent entertainment distribution company focusing on Asian entertainment, has acquired Alliance Entertainment as a fully-owned subsidiary. The latter is a Singapore-based video distributor of Hollywood home entertainment labels including Warner Home Video, Twentieth Century Fox and New Line Cinema, and owns a catalogue of Hollywood and independent films. InnoForm Media expects the acquisition to provide strategic and comprehensive distribution for content partners’ entertainment offerings through various synergistic methods. Tan Poh Lam, managing director of Alliance Entertainment will continue to serve as the subsidiary’s CEO. InnoForm Media is also reorganizing its management team including the election of Angeline Ang as its President to lead growth strategies that focus on revenue growth and corporate improvements for the company. As senior vice president of program acquisitions & distribution, Lynne Loi will lead InnoForm’s content division, where she directs program acquisition and distribution efforts across all genres, as well as through new and existing partnerships. She will also be responsible for seeking investment and co-production opportunities in films, drama series and children’s programs.
