MIPCOM, Cannes – FremantleMedia Enterprises (FME) and the Media Development Authority of Singapore (MDA) announced three production partners selected to create the first content out of their production deal, as announced at MIPTV 2008. The agreement to invest into multi-media TV projects is set to generate $12 million over the next 2 years. Imaginary Friends Studio (IFS), Oak3 Films and Ochre Pictures have each been awarded investment to produce content out of Singapore. Each production partner has been chosen jointly by FME and MDA, with FME retaining the rights to distribute the eventual programming internationally.
