Tokyo – The New Media Group K.K (TNMG), parent company of IPTV Network World On-Demand, announced the launch of the Spanish language version of TV Globo, the international channel of Brazil’s biggest network. World On-Demand TV set top box subscribers will now have access to the new channel as part of the expanding WOD en Español community channel package, together with 18 other leading networks from Spain and Latin America. Established as the leading news and entertainment source in its native Brazil, the channel covers all the local news and events along with telenovelas, regional information shows and sport. Jesse Nelson, New Media Group K.K’s business development manager said, “We’re delighted to be launching TV Globo and boosting our Spanish language offering. We look forward to continuing to offer a diverse range of content to all World On-Demand customers.”
