Hong Kong – CASBAA Convention 2009 has announced the list of global media leaders headlining this year’s event. The three day programme will include Ronnie Screwvala, CEO and founder, UTV Software Communications, India; David Haslingden, president, Fox International, USA; Kim Williams, chief executive officer, FOXTEL, Australia; Tomoyuki Moriizumi, president and CEO, J:COM, Japan; Eugenio Lopez III, chairman and CEO, ABS-CBN Broadcasting Corporation, Philippines; Mark Hollinger, chief operating officer, Discovery Communications, USA; Russell Wolff, executive vice president and managing director, ESPN International, USA; Takeshi Natsuno, professor, KEIO University and father of NTT DoCoMo’s i-mode, Japan; and Tony Worthington, global head of telecoms, media and technology, Standard Chartered, UK. CASBAA Convention 2009 is being held from 3-6 November 2009 at the Grand Hyatt, Hong Kong.
