Tokyo – Turner Broadcasting System, Inc.’s Japanese subsidiary, Japan Entertainment Network K.K. (JEN) announced its decision to acquire Japan Image Communications Co., Ltd. (JIC), a subsidiary of Secom Co., Ltd. which, among other media & entertainment related businesses, operates Tabi Channel and MONDO21 through cable, satellite and IPTV platforms in Japan.
