Los Angeles – ShineReveille International, the sales and distribution arm of the Shine Group, will be renamed Shine International, it was announced today by Chris Grant, president of the division. The rebranding is part of a global expansion that sees ShineReveille International and Metronome Film & Television’s international sales operations, Friday TV, combined into a single business unit, Shine International, as well as promotions of key employees across the division. As part of the restructuring, ShineReveille International senior vice president John Pollak will be promoted to executive vice president, Shine International. Matt Vassallo is being promoted to vice president, Shine International, in charge of Latin America, and will work closely with Grant and Pollak to spearhead sales of finished content to US buyers. Metronome Film & Television company Friday TV’s creative format business will continue to operate independently, and the new organization enables further focus on development. Metronome Film & Television’s head of sales Estelle Bodén will assume the role of MD of Friday TV. Created in 2008 following Shine Group’s acquisition of Reveille in the U.S., ShineReveille International sells many successful formats including The Moment of Truth, Are You Smarter Than a Fifth Grader, The Biggest Loser, MasterChef.
