Singapore/Hong Kong – AXN is bringing back its biggest original production success, The Amazing Race Asia (TARA). This season’s race will see 10 teams of two dash across countries and oceans to areas they would never imagine having to go to. As with past seasons, competing teams can expect to win impressive pit-stop prizes and the first team to land their feet past the finishing line will bring home the grand prize of US$100,000. Said Ricky Ow, senior vice president & general manager of SPE Networks – Asia, “This season, we are looking for teams that are a cut above the rest; possessing the street smarts and savvy know-hows to run the race on a whole new level of sophistication.”
