Emergent Brings Its AI-Enhanced Content Production Platform to IBC 2026

August 31, 2026 by TVA Editor

Emergent, a developer of browser-based, AI-enhanced content production tools,  will present its complete AI-enhanced content production platform at IBC2026, exhibiting for the first time on its own stand at Hall 10, D44. The company will run a full production workflow with live data and media asset management, AI-assisted template creation, playout and automation, newsroom and NLE graphics, interactive storytelling, virtual environments, and social distribution—all browser-based, all on off-the-shelf hardware.

Built end to end on HTML5 and WebGPU, Emergent is a genuine, modern alternative to legacy graphics systems. It is hardware, data and output agnostic, deploys in the cloud, on-premises or in hybrid environments, and is priced to break the licensing model the industry has lived with for decades. Integrated AI assistance builds graphics faster and drives efficiency across the whole of production.

“The technology finally allows something better,” said Grigory Mindlin, CEO of Emergent. “HTML5 and WebGPU put high-end 2D and 3D graphics in the browser, on standard hardware, with no proprietary engine underneath. AI runs through the platform—accelerating template creation, automating repetitive work—but it’s AI-enhanced, not AI-generated. The creative input stays with the customer. And we fit the broadcaster’s workflow, not the other way round.”

A complete workflow, live on the stand

Visitors to Hall 10, Stand D44 will see the full platform working as one system: Nova™ for data, media asset management and AI; Nova GFX™ for AI-assisted template creation that turns data into finished assets; Pulsar GFX™ for playout control and automation; Pulsar MCR™ for tickers and infobars across multichannel playout; Pulsar VS™ for virtual environments and AR in Unreal Engine and WebGPU; Fusion™ for data-driven interactive storytelling; and Radiant™ for automated social content. Newsroom and editing plugins give journalists and editors direct access to graphics, and Flux™ manages unlimited inputs and outputs in 4K UHD, HD SDI, NDI, SRT, ST 2110, and HTML.

The platform also controls and schedules third-party graphics and video engines and connects to existing infrastructure through the Pulsar Gateway, which supports RossTalk, Sony ELC, VizMSE, MOS, OSC, and MIDI. Broadcasters can adopt Emergent alongside what they already run rather than replacing it in a single step.

Enterprise adoption accelerating

Emergent has moved quickly from launch to enterprise deployment and is now engaged in large-scale projects with news operations, sports producers and multi-station groups across North America and Europe. The platform’s enterprise architecture scales without limits, and its subscription model—which includes support and application hosting—has allowed several organisations to fund an entire platform from what they were already spending on maintaining legacy systems.

“The market has changed,” said David Jorba, Chief Business & Strategy Officer at Emergent. “Broadcasters are under real pressure to produce more content on more platforms without growing their budgets—and they are no longer willing to accept that high quality has to mean high cost and long timescales. They are actively looking for solutions that are faster to deploy, faster to operate, and significantly more cost-effective, without compromising on what goes to air. That is precisely the gap Emergent was built to fill, and it is why the conversations we are having this year are so different from a year ago.”
