BBC Studios has announced the appointment of Erin Williams as Senior Vice President, Advertising Sales & StoryWorks, Asia Pacific, based in Singapore.

Williams joins BBC Studios with extensive senior leadership experience across global media and advertising, having held senior roles at CNN, Time Warner and Fox Sports. She brings deep expertise in driving commercial growth across APAC, alongside a strong understanding of the evolving advertising landscape and how premium content delivers value for clients.

In her new role, Williams will lead BBC Studios’ advertising sales strategy across the Asia Pacific region, including Japan and ANZ. She will oversee a high-performing regional sales organisation and play a central role in accelerating revenue growth, strengthening client relationships, and expanding BBC Studios’ advertising and branded content offering across platforms.

This appointment represents a significant strategic investment in BBC Studios’ advertising business in APAC, reinforcing the company’s ambition to grow its commercial footprint and deepen partnerships with brands across the region.
