V10 Entertainment and Ketchup Entertainment have announced a strategic distribution partnership under which V10 Entertainment will serve as the exclusive global distributor for Ketchup Entertainment’s upcoming theatrical slate, handling sales of the coveted Pay-1 window and subsequent downstream rights worldwide.
The agreement comes on the heels of heightened anticipation surrounding Ketchup Entertainment’s upcoming theatrical premieres, including the highly anticipated “Coyote vs. Acme,” starring John Cena and Will Forte, slated for theatrical release in August, and “Rolling Loud,” in partnership with Live Nation Studios, starring Owen Wilson and Matt Rife, the festival-set comedy inspired by the world’s largest hip-hop music festival.
The partnership underscores Ketchup Entertainment’s growing reputation for championing bold, star-driven theatrical films. Over the past decade, the company has built an impressive track record of high-profile titles and filmmaker collaborations, including Michael Mann’s “Ferrari,” the Ben Affleck thriller “Hypnotic,” the Jessica Chastain-led drama “Memory,” and the comic-book reboot “Hellboy: The Crooked Man.”
“We’re excited to partner with V10 to bring our slate to the global market,” said Gareth West, CEO of Ketchup Entertainment. “While much of the indie space has leaned arthouse, we’re focused on star-driven, commercial theatrical films. As studios consolidate around owned IP and franchises, there’s a clear lane for original, talent-led event movies—and V10 is the right partner to maximize that opportunity across every window.”
Under the new agreement, V10 Entertainment will lead global sales efforts for Ketchup’s complete feature film library, including the theatrical slate across Pay-1 and downstream distribution windows, bringing the films to premium streaming platforms, broadcasters, and international buyers.
“We are thrilled to partner with Ketchup Entertainment on what is shaping up to be a dynamic theatrical slate,” said Carter Skeath, President of V10 Entertainment. “Ketchup has demonstrated a remarkable ability to identify and deliver films with major talent, cultural relevance, and strong theatrical potential. Our team is excited to bring these titles to partners around the world.”
V10 Entertainment brings significant distribution expertise to the partnership. President Carter Skeath, alongside the company’s Co-Heads of Global Distribution Licensing and Business Development, Samantha Cooper and Josh Vodnoy, collectively represent decades of experience in entertainment distribution, spanning theatrical, television, streaming, and global licensing markets.
Founded by Gareth West, Vahan Yepremyan and Artur Galstian, Ketchup Entertainment has established itself as an innovator in film financing and creative theatrical distribution strategies, actively acquiring and distributing films across multiple platforms while working closely with filmmakers to craft specialized marketing and release campaigns. With Ketchup Entertainment delivering a slate defined by big titles, major stars, and theatrical-first releases, and V10 Entertainment driving global distribution across premium windows, the partnership positions both companies to expand the reach and commercial potential of these films worldwide.
Additional titles from the Ketchup slate will be announced in the coming months.
