ARTE Distribution has announced it has just acquired Kobalt Production’s powerful new current affairs documentary, TELEGRAM, THE BIG DISRUPTOR (52’ & 90’).

Known for being the creator of one of the most famous messaging apps in the world, Pavel Durov was arrested in 2024 at Paris-Le Bourget Airport.
