Raif İnan, producer, T World Entertainment, said: ‘’Ancient Oriental culture and wisdom have not been adequately represented in the cinematic industry. We believe there is more to one of the most prominent civilizations in the world and this was the inspiration for us while designing the T World Universe. The in-depth knowledge of mathematics, algebra, geometry; along with groundbreaking developments in physics and astronomy in the Middle East and its vicinity was the foundation for the prevailing Oriental culture. There has been a gap in the global heritage for such an era of enlightenment and our conceptual perspective aims to deliver this.’’
Bülent Turgut, producer, T World Entertainment, said: “We started this project with a simple inquiry: Who is the superhero of the geography we have been living for centuries? That is how we built a universe that covers a span of 1400 years. Our superheroes, with costumes bearing reference to history, are especially in focus with their humane characteristics. The filming has begun with a tremendous schedule, switching between sets that reflect various dimensions of the T-World Universe, where our main characters – superheroes are fighting against ecological problems, wars and conflicts, pandemics and other disasters that drift our planet to an apocalyptic doom, to build a better future.’’
Producers Raif Inan, Bülent Turgut and Erdal Bozkuş are the creators of the T World Cinematic Universe, which will expand into a range of series, movies, games and comics to rival other hugely popular superhero franchises. The Universe concept and characters were designed by Bülent Turgut and Halid Şimşek, while 3d digital doubles of superhero characters have been supported by Onur Can Çaylı. Bobby Roth (Marvel’s Agents of SHIELD, Lost, Criminal Minds) served as Supervisor Director alongside directors Kerem Cakiroglu and Hamit Coskun. Dusan Hyska (Spider-Man, Titanic) directed the live action series.
