This fall, dive into a world of Japanese mob bosses, college students and forbidden love in Yakuza Lover, coming to Disney+ November 2.

Based on the popular comic of the same name, Yakuza Lover centers around Yuri, a college student who dreams of a man who will love her for who she is. During a night out at a party, Yuri gets mixed up with a shady group, but is rescued just in time by Oya Toshiomi, the leader of a local yakuza clan. Drawn to Toshiomi’s gentlemanly ways, the two begin a passionate but forbidden romance that poses challenges at every turn.

Starring Yuta Furukawa as yakuza boss Oya Toshiomi and Fumika Baba as conflicted college student Yuri, Yakuza Lover is available to enjoy on Disney+ starting November 2.
