tvN and tvN Movies kick off the Year of Tiger with continuous strive for perfection (尽善尽美) by serving the best Korean entertainment and inspiring greater good with its viewers. This year-long campaign #BeKindBeCharmed will begin with Channels supporting the World Wide Fund for Nature Singapore (WWF-Singapore) to amplify their effort to raise awareness of the Tiger conservation program in Asia. Both Channels also promised to double down in delivering fresh and first-run contents to viewers.
Securing the future for tigers is about so much more than just saving an iconic species. If tigers are thriving in the wild, it is an indicator that the ecosystems in which they live are thriving too. As a large predator, the tiger plays a key role in maintaining healthy ecosystems for people and the planet. This Lunar New Year of the Tiger highlights an auspicious opportunity to captivate people and the community by combining education, engagement, art and conservation in a celebration of protecting nature and biodiversity.
As part of its #BeKind campaign, tvN and tvN Movies are proud to be the Official Media Partners for Tiger Trail, a tiger conservation initiative by WWF-Singapore. Catch a sneak preview of Tiger Trail at Chinatown (Kreta Ayer Square) – a display of life-sized Tiger art sculptures designed and decorated by local artists to promote the importance of tiger conservation. Viewers can stay tuned for further announcements by following WWF-Singapore’s social media channels for more details of this partnership with exciting events ahead.
Channels will fully support the Tiger Trail campaign through on-air, on-ground and social media activations to all 10 Asia-Pacific territories from this year namely; Brunei, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Maldives, Myanmar, Indonesia, Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan and Thailand.
Viewers can learn more about the Program, donate and win limited-edition merchandise.
