Thailand’s No 1 Digital Life Service Provider AIS launches premium Asian Esports and tech channel TechStorm on AIS PLAY

TechStorm, the world’s first 24/7 HD channel focusing on Asian Esports and tech innovations stories is now available on Thailand’s Number 1 leader in Digital Life Service Provider, AIS. Its exclusive content will be made available to all channels of AIS PLAY subscribers, which are AIS PLAY application, AIS PLAYBOX, and website https://aisplay.ais.co.th, starting in August. 

The premium game–centric and tech-centric content channel will show award-winning programmes such as Shark Tank, The Gadget Show as well as the World’s First Esports reality series, Gamerz and international game reviews for some of the world’s most popular game titles like Fortnite, Counter Strike: Global Offensive and Red Dead Redemption. TechStorm currently reaches more than 37 million viewers in Asia. With the channel’s inaugural launch into Thailand, that number is set to grow even further.

AIS PLAY subscribers can catch TechStorm Channel 251 on AIS PLAY application, AIS PLAYBOX, and website https://aisplay.ais.co.th, to enjoy these premieres: Robot Wars from 26 August, Mondays to Thursdays at 7:55 p.m., Buy It Now on Wednesdays and Thursdays at 9:00 p.m., where inventors are given only 90 seconds to demonstrate their products in the hope to secure sales with a national retailer. There is also the channel’s Esports time belt at 10:00 p.m., every weekday night and back–to–back–episodes of StartUp, a drama series on digital currency with a star–studded cast, on Fridays from 28 August at 8:00 p.m., only on TechStorm.

TechStorm reaches more than 37 million viewers in Asia and is currently distributed across 25 million mobile OTT subscribers and more than 3.3 million subscriber households. TechStorm is available on Dialog TV Channel 62 and MyDialog OTT in Sri Lanka, StarHub Channel 420 and StarHub TV+ OTT in Singapore, First Media Channel 333 and FirstMediaX OTT, Telkomsel’s MAXstream OTT, and Genflix OTT in Indonesia, Cellcard TV OTT, SingMeng TV Channel 251 and Splus mobile TV in Cambodia. Sky Cable Channel 212, Cignal Play OTT, and via Omnicontent Management Inc. across 42 leading MSOs and provincial cable systems in the Philippines.
