LONDON – After the popular ITV Choice series The Voice UK, comes The Voice Kids, the junior version of the hit reality singing show. The series will be the 2017 edition which was on UK screens last year.
The Voice Kids, with the age limit being 7-14 years old, has a slightly different format than the adult version as there are no Knockout Rounds, just four stages: Blind Auditions, Battle Rounds, Semi-Finals and the Live Final. The winner receives around £30,000 and a family trip to Disneyland Paris.
The coaches are will.i.am, Danny Jones (from McFly) and Pixie Lott while the show is hosted by Emma Willis, who also hosts The Voice UK. And to top that off, the 2018 series of The Voice Kids will come to ITV Choice in July – it will be broadcast within only a couple of weeks of the UK transmission.
A brand new comedy also starts in July on ITV Choice, Bliss. It is from acclaimed writer, director and performer David Cross (Arrested Development) and features a star-studded cast, including Stephen Mangan (Episodes) and Heather Graham (Law & Order True Crime).
Bliss is a new comedy that follows the complicated double life of a successful travel writer, who, through extenuating circumstances, finds himself living between two families. He finds himself going to increasingly drastic measures to protect the two families he loves.
Also on ITV Choice is a revealing relationship series that puts true love under the spotlight. We all know how it feels to fall in love, and then to lose it. And we all have questions about our past relationships, but what if your ex was the one that got away?
One Night with My Ex brings exes face to face again, and challenges the contestants to persuade their exes to give them another chance. Expect humour and tears, with season two.
