GERMANY – Prime Entertainment Group’s series Russia Travel Guide has announced a deal with High View’s channel Planet, prior to the World Cup taking place in Russia in June.

 

High View has acquired the entire travel and discovery series about Russia which, in its 12 episodes of 1 hour, takes viewers to different destinations within the Russian territory including Saint Petersburg, Moscow and the Leningrad Area among others.

 

Based in Munich, independent media company High View focuses on entertainment television and documentary. Currently, the network counts 7 channels: Deluxe Music, Gute tv Laune, Jukebox, Tck TV, Planet, Explore and Waidwerk.

 

Their Planet TV channel counts 2,6 million subscribers today in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. It airs sophisticated TV shows in the topics of travel, adventure and nature, all in HD.

 

Russia Travel Guide has also been picked up by many other TV stations in multiple territories such as National Geographic in Poland, Canal Judicial in Mexico, Tabi Channel in Japan and Canal Viajar (Fox Networks) in Spain among others.
