Petaling Jaya– dimsum, Malaysian-based subscription video-on-demand service, celebrates its first anniversary this month and will mark the occasion with a raft of events, including the meet-and-greets with Thailand and Singapore stars.
To kick off its celebration, dimsum launched a star-studded “Celebrate Asia with Us” event at Sunway Pyramid from 1 to 3 December 2017, where there will be a meet-the-fans session with the cast from the big budget Singaporean series “When Duty Calls” on 1 December 2017, followed by a Thai fans meet with Esther Supreeleela and Pathompong Reonchaidee (Toy) on 3 December 2017.
During the 3-day event, “Celebrate Asia with Us” will also feature a range of activities, stage games and giveaways. Among the activities are Take It Off, Pitch Pot, Haunted Wire, Nutty Anxiety, String Through and Mystery Box, set up at each thematic pavilion representing China, Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, Thailand and Malaysia. All participants who subscribe to dimsum on the event day are also entitled for a lucky draw, which offers prizes such as 49” Smart TV, travel packages, exclusive merchandise and more.
