Following a very successful market in Cannes, Turkish distributor Inter Medya is ready for Discop Africa. At the exhibition held in Johannesburg, the company is planning to highlight two series: “Endless Love” and “Mrs. Fazilet and Her Daughters.”

Nominated in the category of Best Telenovelas at the International Emmy Awards, “Endless Love” is produced by one of Turkey’s most important production houses, Ay Yapim, and has already conquered the world by storm with numerous international sales. The company is expecting a similar interest from the African continent too.

Another highlight in the catalogue is a brand new title produced by Turkey’s Avsar Film, “Mrs. Fazilet and Her Daughters.” Launched only last week at MIPCOM, the series has already attracted a lot of attention from buyers around the world.

“Turkish series are highly regarded across the globe due to their high production quality and unusual storylines and we believe that our catalogue includes a number of titles that would be great for the African market. Buyers everywhere are looking for good quality products, which is definitely one of the characteristics of our titles. Current sales are showing that Turkish series work across national boundaries.
