Produced by the acclaimed production company Ay Yapim and sold internationally by one of Turkey’s leading content distributors Inter Medya, Endless Love (KARA SEVDA) wins an International Emmy award in the Best Telenovela category. Competing against two titles from Brazil and one title from Canada, Endless Love is the first Turkish drama series to ever receive an Emmy. “We are delighted, with Ay Yapim, for this great award. This Emmy embodies the much-deserved recognition of the tremendous work put into the production, promotion and distribution of the series. It is an important success for everyone involved,” said Can Okan, Founder and CEO of Inter Medya.
Featuring actors Burak Ozcivit, Neslihan Atagul Dogulu and Kaan Urgancioglu, the series was successfully sold to more than 60 territories, including Eastern Europe, Latin America and the MENA region. Can Okan continued, “The nomination itself was a great honor and proved that Turkish content is competitive and internationally recognized. This evening in New York indicates a huge appreciation for the quality of Turkish television around the world. Not only are the International Emmy awards characterized by outstanding quality, they are also a benchmark for trends that will shape the world of television in the future.”
