Zodiak Kids announces it has continued to accrue further sales of the Zodiak Kids Studios animation smash hit Totally Spies, with new sales in Europe, the Middle East and the US.
With more than 155 episodes available over six series, this long running animation continues to be a ratings hit and bestseller. Zodiak Kids has been distributing the award-winning show for over 15 years which has sold to more than 150 territories, and still continues to attract new sales and relicensing deals.
New and most recent sales in Europe include Sony Pictures Television Networks who have picked up a total of four series for their recently launched Free-to-Air dedicated kids’ channel POP in Italy. Series 3 to 5 of the animation have been licensed by online platform Maxdome for Austria and Germany.
Lagardere have acquired series 1–2 and the 1 x 75’ feature film for their free to air French channel Gulli where the show continues to hit record ratings, as well as French cable channel Canal J. Lagardere has also picked up Totally Spies series 1 for their international kids channel Gulli Bil Arabi in the Middle East and North Africa.
E–Vision has picked up the fourth series for the first time, for both the liner channel E-Junior and On Demand App in the Middle East and North Africa. Also in the Middle East, MBC have picked up SVOD rights for series 4, 5, 6 and the Totally Spies Movie.
Filmrise has acquired SVOD rights to all six series for the USA, and three series for Canada.Totally Spies follows three Beverly Hills girlfriends as they balance life at high school with international espionage. Zodiak Kids owns worldwide distribution rights to Totally Spies.
