Armoza Formats’ has announced a new deal with four Latin American countries for their new social experiment Sex Tape. Media company 360 POWWOW have taken the local rights for the show in Argentina, Chile, Peru and Colombia in a deal which incorporates celebrity sexologist Alessandra Rampolla as host for the future adaptation.
Alessandra Rampolla is a well-known sexologist and TV host, with shows that have aired in 22 Latin American countries, Spain, the US, the UK, Italy and the Netherlands. She is currently the host of Fox Life’s School for Husbands and School for Mothers in Law. This new deal follows hot on the heels of Armoza opening a new LatAm office to focus more on the region.
Developed by Armoza Formats and based on the Formagination idea pitched by Dr. Shelly Varod, Sex Tape is the must-see social experiment, where each week three couples will try to fix their relationships with a dramatic and spicy new therapy. They will film their love life for a whole week – the issues, the intimacy and the sex because if there’s a problem in the bed, there’s a problem in the relationship. They will then meet the other two couples, and under the guidance of a top sex therapist they will reveal their uncensored tapes to each other. Having exposed all, we will see their raw and unfiltered reactions, from the laughter to the conflicts and the tears. Will the new perspective that they get from the camera, our sexpert and the other couples change their relationship?
