Zee certified as a great place to work

Mumbai, India – Leading Indian content company, Zee Entertainment Enterprises Limited (ZEEL) has achieved the certification for bring a Great Place to Work by the Great Place to Work Institute, India. The Great Place to Work framework assesses an organisation on employee perception through Trust Index dimensions namely, credibility, respect, camaraderie, pride and fairness. It further evaluates and benchmarks people practices through Culture Audit. Based on this framework, it was revealed that Zee Entertainment had significantly positive employee perception and robust people practices, which identified it as an organization with a Great Culture.

Speaking on this noteworthy achievement, Punit Goenka, MD & CEO, ZEEL said, “My heartiest congratulations to the team on ZEE being certified as a Great Place to Work®. Every year, over 8000 companies from across 50 countries participate in the certification program conducted by the Great Place to Work Institute. Great Place to Work Institute blends an analysis of the employees’ workplace experience through the Trust Index Survey, along with an assessment of the organisation’s processes and practices via a Culture Audit. In addition, this year, representatives from Great Place to Work Institute, India had visited the ZEE office in Mumbai and interacted with employees to understand their work experiences at ZEE to get a first-hand experience of the organisation’s culture and processes, for the purpose of benchmarking against other organizations across industries.
