United Kingdom – Global TV operator SPI International / FILMBOX has acquired pay window rights for La La Land, Hakcsaw Ridge and several other titles from Freeman Distribution for FilmBox movie channels in selected CEE territories.
In addition to La La Land, the Oscar-winning musical comedy starring Ryan Gosling and Emma Stone, the recently signed deal between SPI / FILMBOX and Freeman also includes Office Christmas Party, an American comedy starring Jennifer Aniston and Jason Bateman, Mel Gibson’s Oscar-winning war drama Hakcsaw Ridge and The Foreigner – the widely anticipated new action thriller featuring Jackie Chan and Pierce Brosnan.
