Cannes, France – ITV Studios Global Entertainment (ITVS GE) and Maramedia have entered in to an exclusive first look agreement which will see ITVS GE given first option on all of the Glasgow-based producer’s natural history programming.

Founded in 2008 by Nigel Pope and Jackie Savery, Maramedia produced the critically acclaimed BBC Scotland series Hebrides – Islands on the Edge, together with its recent sequel Highlands – Scotland’s Wild Heart, narrated by Ewan McGregor, both of which are already distributed internationally by ITVS GE.

We are really excited about extending our relationship with them and growing our natural history output to ensure we are offering the broadest range of content to our buyers.”
