The Kitchen expands its’ footprint

February 7, 2017 by TVA Editor

Miami/London – Yoram Chertok, former CEO at Ullman Media, Israel, has joined The Kitchen as Managing Director of The Kitchen’s new subsidiary, The Kitchen EMEA.

“Yoram will spearhead the company’s immediate planned expansion into Europe, The Middle East and Africa”, announced Ken Lorber, President/CEO of the parent company, The Kitchen, LLC.

“In his previous position, Yoram had been our “go to” guy for many of the languages we have not been able to provide in Miami. We have depended upon him for much of our German, Russian and Arabic dubbing work and he has always delivered exceptionally high quality product on time and within budget”, Lorber stated.

“This is a logical and necessary move for us,” Ken Lorber added. “We are about to celebrate our 16th anniversary as a US-based language dubbing company, and our expansion will give us a much wider range of services to offer our clients.”

The entire team in Miami is thrilled to have such strong representation across the pond. “The Kitchen is highly regarded throughout the global industry,” Yoram Chertok added. “It starts with the people and I knew that I wanted to work with this group from the get-go. They understand the ever-changing global market, and what is needed to succeed and grow. They pride themselves in servicing the client and I’m that way too. Relationships are what makes any company work, and I am delighted to spearhead The Kitchen’s new venture overseas and to continue their unique philosophy.”

While specifics have not yet been disclosed, there will be progressive movement west as The Kitchen continues to acquire interests in studios throughout Western Europe and beyond. The Kitchen brand is widely known for its high quality, yet cost competitive product. The intention is to provide clients around the globe with a new and better alternative for their dubbing and subtitling needs. The Kitchen is the industry’s only Emmy Award Winning language translation, dubbing and subtitling studios. With 18 dubbing suites in its Miami-based headquarters, The Kitchen also operates six dubbing suites, within the Cisneros Media Distribution complex in Venezuela, specifically for the Latin Spanish dubbing market.

The Kitchen EMA offices will be located in London, a centralized location in which to reach the company’s growing European, African and Asian base.
