Toronto – With a growing slate of globally distributed content, Corus Entertainment Inc. announced it has sold fan-favourite Canadian lifestyle series Masters of Flip and Buying the View in multiple territories worldwide and unscripted docu-series Cheer Squad in Australia. “Our offering of premium, unscripted content continues to resonate with buyers worldwide, cementing our presence as a strong player in global content distribution,” said John MacDonald, Senior Vice President, Women and Lifestyle Content, Corus Entertainment. “With a slate of new programming in development, we look forward to announcing additional offerings in the weeks to come.”
The first two seasons of Masters of Flip have now sold to Discovery Channel for TLC in Poland and DLife in MENA, and to A+E Networks UK for the entertainment channel Lifetime in the United Kingdom and Sub-Saharan Africa. Corus previously announced the sales of Masters of Flip to Nine Entertainment Co. (Nine Network) in Australia (seasons one and two), Life Inspired in Singapore, Hong Kong/Macau, Taiwan, Indonesia and Malaysia/Brunei (season one), Discovery Channel in Norway (season one), and Scripps Networks in the U.S. (season one). With these sales, Masters of Flip is now available in more than 90 territories worldwide.
