The Israeli independent formats’ distributor and creator Armoza Formats, has new organisational changes aimed at building stronger marketing and strategy structures. Yael Phillips, who has been leading the marketing department for the last three years, has now additionally been appointed as Head of Strategy. Meanwhile, Paula Schleider is joining the company to reinforce the marketing and public relations division. These additions come as Armoza continues to grow following strong performance over the last few years.
In her time at Armoza, Phillips has been driving the company’s brand forward, through her responsibilities around the global marketing and communications, both for the Armoza Formats brand – including Armoza’s 10 Year campaign – as well as for their wider catalogue and new product launches. In her new role, she will oversee strategic initiatives inside the company to bring about new growth opportunities, alongside her ongoing responsibilities heading up the marketing department.
In a parallel expansion of the team, Schleider has been brought in to help widen the reach of Armoza’s marketing efforts. She joins the team coming with a background in consumer marketing, with her previous role at Beiersdorf Mexico working on the Nivea brand.
Avi Armoza, CEO of Armoza Formats, “We’re always looking for ways to move the company forward, and believe that these changes will help us do just that, ensuring that Armoza continues to thrive. We believe that Yael’s combination of strategic vision and expertise in the industry, along with Paula’s marketing abilities will help us do just this.”
