London– Small World IFT have appointed Tara Gaule to the position of Vice President, Format Sales and Development, Europe, it announced today, alongside the promotion of Sales Executive Henny Adolfsdottir.

Joining Small World from Zodiak Rights, Tara’s role will encompass selling Small World’s roster of international hit formats into key European territories, alongside developing the company’s relationships in new territories. Tara will be based in Small World’s London office, reporting to Tim Crescenti, President.
