108 Media, global distribution company, today announces it has acquired the rights to 44 feature films from independent film specialists Indican Pictures, building on 108 Media’s unique and ever-growing content catalogue, with over 2500 hours across a number of genres.
The deal, headed up by 108’s Nancy Silverstone, Head of Acquisitions and Content Strategy and Indican’s founder, Shaun Hill will see 108 Media secure exclusive worldwide distribution rights, (excluding North America) for all linear and non linear platforms.
The roster includes titles such as Boiling Pot by Omar Ashmawey, Downshift by Ryan Schmitz, Kamikaze by Marcus Shakesheff, Love Me True by Kirby Voss, Red Herring by Ousa Khun and Starcrossed by Chase Mohseni.
108 Media has a reputation for acquiring, curating and distributing packaged media content across all platform. This spans from home television, cinema, VOD, IPTV, mobile networks, international broadcasters, TV networks, and OTT platforms and emerging technologies including; Discovery Asia & Latin America, Starz, HBO, Netflix, Mei Ah Entertainment Group and NC+ Poland just to name a few.
