Hong Kong – K-Style is a television programme that introduces the popular trends and lifestyle in Korea to international viewers, airing across the U.S. and ten Asian countries. The show is back for its fourth season with all new episodes!
K-Style Season 4 is produced in English, as it has been for its first three seasons, in order to fulfill the appetite of global audiences. Seattle-born, top K-fashion model, Irene, who has led the programme since Season 1, will once again host the show along with her best friend, Min, from the popular K-pop girl group Miss A.
In this new season, the show will not simply introduce the new trends but take on a new concept by turning MIRENE (Min + Irene) into Style Spies! They will be taking on exciting espionage missions to steal the newest and hottest trends in Korea and expose them to all K-Culture fans.
In the first episode scheduled to be aired on 12 June, MIRENE who spent their teenage years in America will break into a Korean high school for the first time ever to discover the style items of teens. Min and Irene will head to Hanrim Entertainment & Art High School, also known as a “K-Pop Star Training Academy”, where many idols were graduated from. Future idols will expose their beauty-tips to stay stylish and fashionable in spite of the strict rules and teachers in school.
Besides that, Style Spies MIRENE will peek into the popular style items among teens, who are rapidly rising to become the new major customers in the Korean beauty & fashion market. Ulzzang (a Korean word that means having a pretty face) and teen style icon, Young-ki Hong will join the duo as a style guide, helping MIRENE to complete their mission successfully.
Season 4 will be globally premiered on Channel M on Friday 8:30PM (HKT/GMT+8) starting from June 12. Channel M is available in ten Asian countries including Hong Kong, Singapore, Taiwan, Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand, Indonesia, Cambodia and Myanmar. The exciting episodes of the adorable Style Spy duo MIRENE will also be available for the entire U.S. region via Mnet America starting from 16 June. In Korea, the show will be available online via the official YouTube channel.
