Filipino viewers continue to fall head over heels in love with ABS-CBN’s back-to-back primetime sensations, the light family drama Dream Dad and the captivating romance Forevermore. Both shows posted their highest ratings ever on 6 March on the strength of major romantic plot developments in their lead characters’ stories.
Dream Dad registered a staggering 34.4% rating and 54% audience share in Total Philippines, as Sebastian finally affirms his love for his secretary, Alex, but not without competition, as Paul, Alex’s childhood friend, suddenly resurfaces.
Following Dream Dad’s strong lead, Forevermore’s cliffhanger for the week drew a rating of 33.8% and 57% share nationwide. The love story of Xander, a hotel scion, and Agnes, a strawberry farmer, reaches a snag when Agnes refuses Xander’s efforts to win her back after their two-year break-up.
Dream Dad and Forevermore are only two of ABS-CBN International Distribution’s exciting offerings for 2015. Both top-rating dramas will be showcased in the upcoming FILMART Hong Kong and MIPTV Cannes markets.
