CNLive CEO Bulin Miao commented, “Kat’s trip to China has brought us a lot, through the platform of China Mobile’s phone app “He Shi Pin” and its strategic partners. With the help of CNLive’s phone video-on-demand and live broadcast technology, Kat will have close interaction with her fans, breaking away from traditional media’s one-way mode of interaction. This sort of celebrity contact is the future and direction of mobile video.”
Nan Zhang, General Manager of The One studio (Beijing-based subsidiary of CNLive) added, “Through new media, Chinese young people can have a convenient and fast access to the latest Hollywood news, which can promote mutual understanding and exchanges between young people of China and the United States.”
