Zodiak Kids and Biplano – the Iberian agent for Tickety Toc have appointed new licensees in the region, the Company announced on June 16.
Educa Borras comes aboard as licensee for games and puzzles. Their Tickety Toc lines will be available at retail in Iberia from autumn/winter 2014.
In a second deal, Random House has been appointed as publishing licensee. A Tickety Toc publishing range including story, activity, sticker, touch, sound, novelty and educational books will also be available at retail in Spain from autumn/winter this year.
The news follows the announcement that Tickety Toc’s master toy partner, Vivid Imaginations, has struck a distribution agreement with one of Spain’s leading toy companies, Famosa, to distribute Vivid Imaginations’ line of Tickety Toc plush, figures, games and playsets throughout Spain and Portugal.
Clan TV, the Spanish free TV children’s broadcaster has been airing the show since January 2014 and Tickety Toc has already established itself as a top pre-school show on the channel. Tickety Toc also airs on Nick Jr in Spain.

Tickety Toc is originated and directed by FunnyFlux Entertainment founder and president, Gil Hoon Jung. Executive producers are Nigel Pickard and Vanessa Hill for The Foundation and the Series Producer is Karina Stanford-Smith.
Zodiak Kids control all worldwide rights for Tickety Toc except in Korea and Japan.
