Century City, California – Twentieth Century Fox Consumer Products continues to strengthen its retail and licensing business in key regions globally, and announced the appointment of Pinky David as Vice President, Asia Pacific on April 21. The announcement was made by Fox Consumer Products Executive Vice President of Global Sales and Retail, Roz Nowicki. This marks the first office dedicated to Consumer Products in the Asia Pacific region for Fox.

With David’s appointment, Fox Consumer Products takes a significant step toward expanding its global footprint and reaching greater licensing opportunities in Asia Pacific. In this role, David will be responsible for overseeing licensing sales and retail programmes throughout the region, with a focus on identifying new opportunities that will further expand Fox’s global reach.
“Pinky has a deep understanding of the Consumer Products business with her extensive knowledge and background working in the areas of licensing, promotions and retail development,” said Nowicki, “We are confident that we have added the right executive to our team to drive our long term goals for the Asia Pacific region.”
David joins Fox Consumer Products after serving as the Regional Licensing Sales Director of Discovery Enterprises International, the licensing arm of Discovery Networks Asia-Pacific based in Singapore. During this time, she was responsible for driving all aspects of Discovery’s consumer products and home entertainment strategies in the region. David also was responsible for launching and managing the successful Discovery Expedition licensed retail stores in Korea and the award winning Discovery Channel Magazine in the Asia Pacific region.
Prior to Discovery, David came from Turner Broadcasting Asia Pacific, in Hong Kong, where she served as the regional Promotions Licensing Director for Cartoon Network. Previously, David was the Managing Director of Promotional Partners Worldwide in the Philippines and was formerly the Communications Director of Shangri-La Hotel in Manila.
