As of November 11, 2013, Takeshi Doki will no longer serve as Director, ABU Programming, ABU Secretariat, Kuala Lumpur. The end of his three-year tenure with the Asia-Pacific Broadcasting Union will see Doki return to Tokyo and take up a new position in NHK as Head, Programming Department, NHK World TV.

In a letter to ABU liason officers, Doki thanked his colleagues for their support and highlighted ABU’s upcoming events such as the World Summit on Media for Children 2014, ABU Radio Song Festival, Media Summit on Climate Change, RadioAsia 2014 and TV Expo.
