Hong Kong – Eurosport will broadcast an unprecedented 36 hours of LIVE action from the 2013 Vuelta a Espana – the final Grand Tour of the year. Eurosport’s commentary team comprises Carlton Kirby, Brian Smith and Sean Kelly.
The LIVE broadcast of the Vuelta begins with the opening stage team time trial on August 25, 2013. The 14th and 15th stages through the Pyrenees are LIVE on September 7 and September 8, with the final ride into Madrid also LIVE on September 15.
Fans will see contenders Vincenzo Nibali, Joaquim Rodriguez and Alejandro Valverde, Slovakian Peter Sagan and the Australian team, Orica-GreenEdge.
Orica-GreenEdge’s team will feature Tour de France hero Simon Gerrans, last year’s King of the Mountains winner Simon Clarke plus compatriots Michael Matthews, Leigh Howard, Mitch Docker and Baden Cooke and Canadian Christian Meier and Kiwi Sam Bewley.
