Singapore – Nathalie Nennig, a former sales chief with short-format comedy producer/distributor Novovision, is launching her own Singapore-based distribution and acquisition company, DCB Consulting. With more than 20 years of experience in the international TV distribution business, Nennig aims to facilitate two-way relationships between the French and European producers/creators with executives in the Asia-Pacific TV industry with DCB Consulting.
In addition, DCB will help western producers who are seeking original programming from the region to adapt in their own country.
At the Asia Television Forum, DCB Consulting will be unveiling a catalogue of 35 shows. Among the highlights are Beauty and the Beat (8×52′) a talent show format developed by U.S. producer Imagine Productions International.
Nennig has signed deals to represent French companies ADLTV (Ambassadors’ Cuisine); Ah!Production (three formats, including Battle Pass); Pernel Media (several formats including The Ugly Me and My Fridge Told Me); and Quadra Film Coalition (Back to Where It All Started: A Turtle’s Tale and It’s Colder Outside then Inside).
DCB Consulting has also forged partnerships with Belgian company, The New Flemish Primitives. Nennig will represent formats from TNFP’s catalogue such as Eternal Glory, a new reality format revolving around sports; The Viewer of the Year; which has already been adapted for France 2; The Bounty Hunter; Tour Deluxe; and A Dish A Day.
