Golden Globe Award-winning actress Keri Russell (Felicity) and Welsh actor Matthew Rhys (Brothers and Sisters), both stars of the new period drama The Americans, will attend the gala screening of the show. Golden Globe winner Matthew Modine (The Dark Knight Rises), meanwhile, will be promoting his role as an exiled scientist called upon to save the world in CAT.8, an epic four-hour end-of-the-world miniseries produced by Muse Entertainment and distributed by Sonar Entertainment.

The X-Files‘ Emmy Award-winning actress Gillian Anderson will launch a new crime show The Fall, while The Walking Dead‘s Sarah Wayne Callies will present season three of AMC’s hit series, alongside star producer Gale Anne Hurd (The Terminator films, Aliens, The Abyss). Producer/distributor Harvey Weinstein is also coming to MIPCOM to promote The Weinstein Company’s recently-launched international television sales division.

NCIS’s Michael Weatherly will join CBS Studios International in celebrating the 10thanniversary of one of the world’s most-watched television franchises. He will walk the red carpet alongside writer/executive producer Gary Glasberg (NCIS, The Mentalist), who will be also participating in a masterclass on Tuesday 9 October to discuss the secrets behind running a globally successful drama and what it takes to keep a series at the top after ten seasons.
