Tim Hincks, CEO of Endemol UK, and Virginie Calmels, Chairman and CEO of Endemol France, have been appointed President and Chief Operating Officer, respectively, of Endemol Group. Hincks and Calmels will report directly to Just Spee, who was appointed CEO of Endemol Group at the beginning of April.

As President of Endemol Group, Hincks will be responsible for overseeing the company’s operations in the US and UK, further building the collaboration and synergy between these key markets, as well as the creation and commercial exploitation of content across the Group’s worldwide network. He will continue to have responsibility for Endemol UK’s business as its Chairman.

Calmels, in her new role as COO, will be responsible for overseeing Endemol’s operations in the European markets of 12 territories including France, as well as further enhancing the Group’s efficiency. Calmels will have continued responsibility for Endemol France’s business as its Chairman.
