Singapore, Japan, Korea, China – MTV won nine awards at the 2011 PromaxBDA Asia Awards, held in Singapore. MTV’s Asia-based creative teams scooped a total of six gold and three silver awards across title sequence, animation, print and logo design categories, among others. Wins include VMA Japan’s Lady Gaga poster in the Best Print Ad category, and the Southeast Asia Christmas promo spots in the Best Holiday/Seasonal Promo category. The PromaxBDA Awards, open to satellite, cable, broadcast television, radio, and associated new media, their agencies and production houses, recognize excellence in on-air promotion, branding and advertising.
