Singapore – Sony Pictures Television’s networks, Asia, announced it has secured the rights from Turner Broadcasting System Asia Pacific, Inc. to premiere Falling Skies, the new drama series from DreamWorks Television and TNT Productions. The show is executive produced by Steven Spielberg and stars Noah Wyle (E.R). Falling Skies will premiere on AXN Beyond across South East Asia; and AXN in Taiwan, India and Korea later this year. It debuted in the U.S last month and a second season has already been greenlit. Falling Skies starts off in the chaotic aftermath of an alien attack that has left most of Earth completely incapacitated. In the six months since the initial invasion, the few remaining survivors have banded together outside major cities to begin the difficult task of fighting back.
