The animated series GASP! swims onto the Nine Network from February 26. GASP! is based on the GASP!, ZAPT!, SPLAT!, SQUISH!, CRASH!, CHOMP! series of comic books by Australian author/illustrator, Terry Denton. This 52 x 11 minute series has already captured the hearts of animal lovers all over the world, airing on Canal+ in France in December 2009 and Nickelodeon New Zealand in August 2010. The show is about a larger-than-life golden carp named Gasp, whose imagination is as big as his heart. The funny series follows the zany antics of Gasp and his fellow pet mates left home alone when Mum, Dad and their two kids, Ginger and Fred, have gone off to work, school or play.
